All Living areas and Bedrooms:
- Dust all areas, furniture and fixtures
- High dusting including ceiling fans
- Mirrors
- Fingerprints washed from all woodwork, door frames and switch-plates
- Empty trash
- Baseboards
- Windowsills and blinds
- Floors vacuumed and/or mopped
- Overall appearance of the room left neat and tidy
Bathrooms:
- Tub and/or shower
- Sinks scrubbed & left shinning
- Toilets scrubbed inside and out including base & behind
- Vanity top
- Mirrors
- Windowsills and Blinds
- Trash emptied
- Baseboards
- Vacuume and or mop floor
- Dust
Kitchen:
- Countertops and back-splash
- Cabinet fronts
- Trash emptied
- Sinks scrubbed
- Outside appliances and inside microwave
- Windowsills
- Baseboards
- Floors vacuumed and mopped
- Stovetop
- Dust
- Oven and Refrigerator (additional fee)
