Are your cleaners licensed and bonded?
Our Licensed Business Owners are individually bonded for your peace of mind for up to $10,000. Upon completion of Clean Freaks University, they receive a license to operate as Clean Freaks
What if something gets broken or damaged?
Our Licensed Business Owners assume full responsibility for any breakage in your home. Clean Freaks will pay up to $1000 toward any mishaps in your home, should any occur.
How does the cleaner access my home? Do I need to be there with them?
We are happy to accommodate whatever fits your needs. We are quite experienced in cleaning without disrupting your life, even if you run your business from home, or have sleeping children. During your initial set-up, you can discuss with your Clean Freak any arrangements, including garage access codes, keys assigned, alarm codes, etc.
How is my Clean Freak chosen for me?
We like to match our Licensed Business Owners with our clients. Click here to view short bios and pictures of the Clean Freaks, if you’d like to look for someone who you think might be a good match for your family. When you call, we like to get to know a little about you, so that we can choose someone you will feel comfortable with being in your home.
Will I work with the same cleaner every time?
Yes. We understand the trust you put in someone who comes in your home, and we feel that working with the same person consistently allows you as the client to build on that relationship of trust.
Will I need to supply any products or supplies for my cleaner?
Our Licensed Business Owners bring all of their own supplies and equipment. We are devoted to “green cleaning”, and use products that are not harmful to you, your family, or the environment, work great and smell wonderful. We also use Miele vacuums that are HEPA certified. If you prefer a specific product, please discuss this with your Clean Freak at the time of your consultation.
How do you charge for your services?
Our prices are based on the square footage of your home and the frequency of our cleaning. Click here for up-front pricing. We are happy to customize any cleaning package, and can work within your budget.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards. Just call the office with your card information. You may leave a personal check at the time of cleaning. Please make all checks payable to Clean Freaks. We accept cash and money orders, as well.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No. Your satisfaction is a top priority to all of us at Clean Freaks, and we want you to be comfortable and happy with your service for as long as you need us! A client agreement is provided at the time of the initial consultation, which lays out the mutual terms of our relationship, but does not commit you to an amount of time with our company.
What is the cancellation policy?
Our Licensed Business Owners book their schedules by the job, so we request 24 hour cancellation notice to avoid a cancellation fee.
How do I provide feedback?
You Clean Freak wants to have open communication with you. Leaving notes or contact via phone is the best way to reach your Clean Freak, if you are not there when she comes to your home. Of course, customer service is available during business hours by contacting the office.
Is Clean Freaks a walk-in store?
Clean Freaks office doubles as a boutique and vacuum shop. We carry all natural "Green" cleaning products. We also have a vacuum shop servicing and repairing all brands of vacuums, along with vacuum sales. You can also speak to a customer service rep face to face if you have any questions.
