Residential services
Clean Freaks of Tulsa offers Basic Cleaning for weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly residential clients, as well as one time cleans. We cover all areas in our checklist; however, some homes require more attention in some areas and less in others. If this is the case with your home, please communicate your priorities so we may focus our time correctly. First time cleanings may require more time. Please speak to your personalized Cleaning Associate or a customer service rep for any questions you have regarding our residential services.
Special requests
Basic cleanings are very thorough, but sometimes customers have special needs and requests. That's why we are always glad to create customized cleaning plans. Some examples of special requests are as follows:

- Dishes
- Inside Ovens and Refrigerators
Clean Freaks offers complete cleaning of your oven and refrigerator interiors. To schedule this service, please contact your Clean Freaks Cleaning Associate prior to your scheduled service so that we may bring the required cleaning agents and adjust for the additional time.
One-Time Cleanings
One-time cleanings include new construction cleanings, move-in and move-out cleanings, spring-cleaning, service prior to a big event and other non-recurring services. All one-time services can be estimated. If additional time is needed, a Clean Freaks Cleaning Associate will communicate with you on this issue. If you authorize additional time, our team member will continue to clean and your price will be adjusted accordingly. We will not use additional time without your prior approval. Please contact Customer Service at (918)378-6114 if you need to schedule such a cleaning.
What is a deep clean?
It includes everything in a basic cleaning in addition to edging the carpet, oiling your woodwork and performed in one visit.
Our 24-hour guarantee
If you are not completely satisfied with your cleaning, simply call Customer Service: (918)378-6114 within 24 hours of your service and we will happily re-clean the area with which you are dissatisfied.
Vacuum Services
Basic Service is suggested for your vacuum if it has been less than one year since your last service. It includes: Clean and polish outside of machine, change bag/belt, clean brush roll, check for clogs. This service ranges from $49.99-89.99 depending on type of vacuum.
Premium service is required if it has been over one year since your vacuum has been serviced. A one year warranty on labor and any parts replaced is included. Premium service includes everything in a basic service including: Clean motor compartment and armature, oil motor bearings. This service ranges from $79.99-119.99 depending on type of vacuum.
Overhaul service is required if it has been two years since your last vacuum service. Overhaul service includes all premium services plus it is suggested if your vacuum needs major parts replaced such as a motor or fan. This service includes a two year warranty on and parts replaced and labor performed. This service ranges from $99.99-139.99 depending on type of vacuum.
