Cancellation
If it is necessary to cancel or skip any of your scheduled cleaning days, please
contact your cleaning provider directly to reschedule. All cleaning providers’
contact information can be located on our website in the Clean Freaks Directory
(link to directory). Clean Freaks does enforce a 24-cancellation notice or a
$25 fee will be assessed, this allows our Clean Freaks associates to schedule
their time suitably.
Safety
Cleaning Products
Clean Freaks of Tulsa spent two years researching products to keep your home
clean and safe. We only use non-toxic cleaning products so they won’t leave
chemical residue on your home surfaces. If you would like a specific product
used in your home please notify your cleaning provider and arrangements can be
made. If any products you want used other than company endorsed products cause
any damage Clean Freaks cannot hold themselves responsible.
Cleaning Service Providers
For the safety of our associates we request that you do not ask them to do any
work that might require the use of any ladders or heavy lifting, over 35
pounds. These types of requests can cause back injuries or damage to your
personal property. If you would like cleaning done behind or under large
appliance or furniture please have the item moved before the cleaning begins so
we can satisfy your needs.
Payments & Refunds
Payments
For your convenience, Clean Freaks of Tulsa gladly accepts the following forms
of payment: Visa/Master Card, checks made payable to Clean Freaks of Tulsa,
cash, or money orders. Customers may leave their credit card information with
their cleaning provider or can contact the Clean Freaks office. A $25 fee is
applied to all returned checks. Gift certificates are sold in hours at $25 per
hour. This price includes the equipment and supplies. Gift certificates can be
bought at the Clean Freaks office or on out website “Link”. Gift certificates
are non-refundable and expire after 90 days from the purchase date.
Refunds
Since cleaning is a very personalized and subjective service, we do not exert
full refunds. However, we want you to be 100% satisfied with Clean Freaks. If
you are not completely satisfied with your cleaning, simply contact your
service provider or call 378-6114 within 24 hours of your service and we will
happily re-clean the area with which you are dissatisfied.
Tipping
Clean Freaks of Tulsa does not have a policy requiring tipping, but it is a
powerful way to say thank you to your cleaning provider. Your appreciation does
not need to be monetary, a personal note from you expressing your appreciation
for their service can mean a great deal.
Referrals
The highest compliment you can give to your cleaning provider is a referral.
Most Clean Freaks cleaning providers offer coupons for referrals, please
address this with your provider for more information. We also would love for
you to sign in our Guestbook and place a testimonial as well.
